What is Chiropractic?
To put it simply, Chiropractic is about taking pressure off the nerves to allow the body to heal.
This improves things such as:
- Back, neck and spine pain, sacroiliac and hip pains
- Restricted movement, aches and stiffness in joints
- Headaches and migraines, dizziness and balance issues, face and jaw pains
- Improving mobility, performance, strength and so on.
Other symptoms chiropractic care may help with:
- Chronic health problem, breathing issues, low immune system, digestion issues, blood pressure problems, low energy and fatigue issues.
By realigning the spine and/or other joints in the body, Chiropractors help to maximize healing and performance ability.
The nervous system plays a major role in the body in the organisation of physical, mental and social health. Having an optimal functioning nervous system can therefore have positive effects on the overall health.
Having the spine checked regularly to remove nerve pressure allows the nervous system to function at its most optimal level.
About the Chiropractor
Dr Samineh's number one goal and objective is to help as many individuals, athletes and families achieve optimal performance, health and wellbeing through Chiropractic care. She also wants to specialise and do further study and research in Sports and Athletic Chiropractic as she has been able to help and assist many people with their sports and/or exercise already.
Samineh's passion grew for Chiropractic in her early twenties when she was faced with health problems that no drug could 'fix'. This made her question what she's been doing about her health so far in life. Other than playing sports and being active throughout her life she had done nothing else about her health. Samineh believes a balanced life of Chiropractic care, daily exercise, nutrition, work and socialising is key to optimal health and wellbeing and she certainly practices what she preaches.
Besides having completed her Chiropractic Studies, she has also completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and has 6 years of experience in the fitness industry; training and coaching everyone in her community from kids to elderly and loves to make people feel good by getting them fitter and healthier.
Want to increase your athletic performance?
A week or several week off training due to injury is an athlete's worst nightmare. Many athletes choose chiropractic care as a crucial part of their training schedule to keep them at the top of their game.
People who seek Chiropractic care not only benefit from having immense physical and mental performance but also reduce risk of injury. Receiving regular Chiropractic care can hugely reduce the risk of physical injury as there are less strain on the joints, ligaments and muscles when the nervous system is functioning well. This will not only help the person to perform to greater lengths and to the best of their abilities, but more importantly will significantly reduce the chance of injury as the body is functioning optimally and can endure more without breaking down.
