The path toward wellness is long and, at times, arduous. We all have demons that, if we allow them, will sabotage our plans and take us off course. We promise to lead you through the maze of choices presented. We will help you clear the path to overall wellness by presenting the exercises, nutrition, and psychological techniques that you need to prepare for your adventure, but the journey is yours to take. No matter you are a novice or elite athelete, here are some of the elements you can expect from Priority Fitness Inc.



Personal Training

Personal Training: The Personal Training program is a combination of all styles of training.

Functional movements are the core of this program but other styles are integrated to achieve individual personal goals. Sculpting certain areas of the body will be achieved more efficiently with this program.

Training fundamentals and the nine elements of fitness are still the main focus in this program but other exercises including bodybuilding, plyometrics, CrossFit™ and boxing, for example, will be included.

This is the best program to increase your functional fitness and your look. Fees are to be pre paid and generally automatic payments and cash are encouraged.



Spartan Package

Save time and money! Train with a qualified master twice a week, but only pay half hour rates and $$$ off your membership at JustWorkout! Bring out the inner Spartan in you!

The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity in that progress zone.

Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more.

You will have your coach available during the entire session to help with technique and answer any questions you may have.

It is the most efficient way to train if you find it hard to motivate yourself on non PT days!



Squad Team

This program is for any individual/ pair involved in athletics that wishes to improve their competitive edge.

Again, functional movements are the core of this program but it will be personally designed to improve whatever sport you wish to excel in.

All nine elements of fitness are included in this program, as they are in any sport. Speed and agility are a large focus in this program, as are power, strength, flexibility and reaction time.

You will see your athleticism increase dramatically, and it will show the first time you step on the playing field. Function is the main focus here, and insuring that you are maximizing your potential is out mission. Cost may be slightly less then personal training if in a pair/trio situation.



16 Weeks to Six Pack- New to Exercise?

This will give you and a coach one on one for a full hour every week for 16 weeks.

Novice and beginners are highly recommended to take this option as very often we see newbie drop out in the first 3 weeks and never return because there’s no one to assist you at the gym.

For all new comers and anyone that is unfamiliar with all level of exercises. It is very important that you learn proper technique before entering into a squad team or to prevent injury and maximize your results.

A generous fee discount will be given to you for committing to us for 16 weeks. Payments can only be made via automatic payment or lump sum.
