Train with two qualified strength and conditioning coaches DJ and Sam, it's functional, intense, and full of sweat down your face!
The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity right up.

Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more. Locations change from day to day so you never get bored with the same setting.(North Shore based)
You will have your coach available during the entire session to help with technique and answer any questions you may have.

We require 100% commitment, and therefore attendance is mandatory for the whole five weeks. You'll become part of a tight team with each person supporting the others to work harder, go further, and be stronger.
