Session duration starts at 30 minutes, with the availability for 45 and 60 minute sessions.
For those who may be nervous, or self-conscious about getting into training, we also have set times for ‘empty gym’ bookings, where the only individuals present in the facility is the trainer and yourself!
*We currently have a trainer that specialises in injury rehabilitation, who can work alongside your medical professional to work on getting you rehabilitated as fast as possible.
