BOOTCAMP

Suitable for all fitness levels

BOOT CAMP is a medium to the high-intensity class that Is based around HIIT and circuit training, primarily focuses on the fundamental functional movements and requires less technique and mobility. BOOT CAMP consists of body-weight movements, weighted carries (run & walk), KB/DB training, and conditioning.

SPARTA is a medium to high-intensity gym class, offering a competitive edge to those who love a good workout, the classes include Olympic lifting, weight training and all of the fundamental functional movements you may encounter in fun but tough fitness regimen plus more!

Sparta Box includes all of the components that Priority fitness thrives on with a boxing twist – it is a medium to high-intensity boxing workout with minimal rest, kickboxing and pad work provided, having your own gloves and wraps are essential.

SPARTAKids

Suitable for all fitness levels

This is a fantastic place for your child to start their fitness journey – if they are trying to get stronger and fitter for a sport or just to increase their fitness then this is the place for them as we will be able to teach them techniques to increase speed, strength, and agility! One of the best fitness classes on the North Shore, Auckland! Age 10 and above.

Suitable for Age 5-10

Every kid wants to be a Ninja Turtle!

Session duration up to 1 hour in a vibrant environment, the instructor has 20 plus years of experience. Kids from age 5 and over would greatly benefit from learning this martial art, develope discipline from a young age.

Karate Kids

Suitable for Age 5-10

Karate Kids offers a karate program for children. It is the ideal environment for your child to learn martial arts – it’s welcoming, encouraging, and fun. All classes are designed specifically for children, and several are run by a black belt who is also a trained fitness expert.
