Easter is coming up soon! Here is an original Spartan workout for everyone

To be performed with a wall ball for the entire duration of the WOD.

200m run

50 frog jump

50 med ball clean

400m run

50 ball burpee

50 sit up get up with the ball

200m run

2 rounds for time!

Give it a go, use a 6 to 9kg ball, post in comments your time!
