CrossFit Level-1 trainer, currently studying personal training with an academy, ultra marathon runner, you will catch Nathan at most 6am sessions as well as Super BOOTCAMP and SpartaKids sessions.
“I was first bit by the iron bug when I was 15 years old, and haven’t looked back since. My training has evolved over the years from the classic bro Bodybuilding split, to training to Powerlifting, to training for Endurance events, and finally to where I am now which is a combination of it all, keeping it varied and functional. Outside of training and work (corporate) I enjoy getting immersed in fantasy books, exploring the outdoors, and an occasional night out.
